Recent events have heightened the focus on personal hygiene; you can rest assured that our commitment to food safety is second to none:

We work exclusively with the highest-quality, US-sourced foods

Our entire staff have remained within the US during the last 6 months – and within the Orlando area for 2 months

Our standard policy has always been to give staff paid leave at the first sign of illness; none of our team members have shown symptoms of infection, or had contact with known-infected individuals

All food is packaged in re-heatable containers and wrapped tightly in safe, secure plastic wrap.

Delivery items are then placed in a cardboard box and secured with packing paper to prevent spills and maintain the seals. This cardboard box is then secured with tape.

The boxed delivery is transported to the vehicles by drivers wearing plastic gloves that are then disposed of.

When the delivery driver arrives, a clean, fresh pair of plastic gloves is donned and the order is delivered to your door.

There’s no need to sign; instead, the driver will photograph the boxed menu items to document the delivery.

No tips are permitted.

The driver changes gloves after each delivery, and areas that may have had contact with external material are sanitized before the next delivery.

Rest assured, we continue to monitor and adhere to the latest CDC advice.
