Spugnole Pasta with Marinated Sliced Beef and Toasted Hazelnuts

Colored Spugnole Pasta (named after the morel for its shape, not its flavor). Tossed with Sliced Top Round Beef that has marinated in  brown sugar,  apple cider vinegar, white wine, garlic  for two days and then baked with a mix of  tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic,  until tender. Garnished with Toasted Hazelnuts and fresh parsley.
